To change the language of the dialogue, dial 777, press key 3 and change language by choosing key 1,2 or 3.

2. To check on your credit, dial 777, and press key 1

3. To top up/add extra airtime on your phone, dial 777, press key 2, key in the 12 digits as written on your scratch card, confirm by pressing key #

4. To get your calling number, dial 777,and press key 4

5. The service center number for text messages (SMS) is +257460012. A sent message costs BIF 20.



How to activate and use your voice mail?

1. To activate your voice mail, dial 888 (free call), choose language by pressing key 1,2, or 3 and confirm by pressing the # key

2. To listen to your voice messages, dial 888, press 1 for new messages or press 2 for old messages

3. To record your own voice mail, dial 888 (30 seconds maximum), follow the instructions therein by pressing successively key 3>1>1>8, confirm by pressing the # key.

4. Your mobile phone is able to stock 10 voice messages maximum and they are automatically deleted after 72 hours.
